Box Systems

Groundforce Box Systems comprise a simple, robust, two-sided mechanical excavation support system. Each box is designed as a temporary earth retaining structure allowing the sides of the excavation to be cut vertical or near vertical. This quick and easy method ensures ground stability within a trench and helps to mimimise the excavation area to avoid damage to neighbouring structures and utilities in the ground.

The Mini Trench Box can be used in trenches up to 4.0m deep in conjunction with up to 2 top extension boxes, subject to the maximum panel pressure not being exceeded. The Standard Box can be used in trenches up to 5.2m deep in conjunction with up to 2 top extension units, subject to the maximum panel pressure not being exceeded.
