Breathing Air Trailer

The Titan XL Breathing Air Trailer has been developed to provide breathing air in accordance with EN 12021 for up to two users for 14 hours. Maximum of 4 users with 150 metres of airline each. The trailers have been designed and built to the highest standards, using the latest technology that ensures all personnel are protected on site.

The System consists of: 

  • A single-axle trailer with a maximum load capacity of 1350kg

  • Trailer with brakes

  • Equipped with jockey wheel 

  • Equipped with a lockable spare wheel 

  • Lockable top cover

  • Lockable tailgate

Users & Duration: 

  • 1 User: 29 working hours

  • 2 Users: 14.5 working hours

  • 3 Users: 9.67 working hours

  • 4 Users: 7.25 working hours

The Breathing Air System consists of: 

  • 2 x 140ltr 300 bar main working cylinders

  • 1 x 50ltr 300 bar reserve cylinders

  • Filling connection with valve

  • 1 x high pressure gauge 0-400 bar

  • 5 x medium pressure gauges 0-16 bar

  • 4 x flowmeters 

  • 1 x pressure safety valve 300 bar

  • 1 x medium pressure safety valve

  • 4 x low pressure connection points
