Aluminium Hydraulic Brace (540 Brace)

The 540 brace is a lightweight hydraulic brace designed for small excavations. Individual legs are assembled to produce a 4-sided telescopic hydraulic bracing frame which is used in conjunction with trench sheeting to support square or rectangular excavations from 1.5m up to 2.4m long. Legs are constructed from high yield steel sections and incorporate a single acting hydraulic ram. This means the legs can be expanded and pressurised hydraulically.

Single Acting Manhole Brace

The Single Acting Manhole Brace range consists of a series of non-modular, (single piece) hydraulically adjustable legs which are connected together to support square or rectangular excavation sizes ranging from 1.15m to 3.0m.

GF Double Acting Manhole Brace

The GF Double Acting Manhole Brace range consists of a series of hydraulically adjustable legs which, when assembled together, form a 4-sided telescopic hydraulic bracing frame which is used in conjunction with trench sheeting to support square or rectangular excavations from 2.0m up to 6.0m long.

Mechshore Double Acting Series

The Mechshore Double Acting Manhole Brace range consists of a series of non-modular hydraulically adjustable legs which are connected together to form a mid-range load capacity bracing system to support square or rectangular excavation sizes from 1.5m to 8.3m.
