Super Mega Brace

The Super Mega Brace is a high load capacity modular hydraulic bracing system designed to support square, rectangular or multi-sided excavations ranging from 4.7m to 24.2m in plan. Each leg comprises a length adjustable hydraulic unit, a series of modular fixed length extension pieces and a telescopic pinned rough adjuster unit.

Connections between modular sections are made on site via a spliced connection with a single pin. The fixed length extensions can be connected and when combined with cross struts, form a continuous heavy duty waling beam.

Mega Brace

The Mega Brace is a high load capacity modular hydraulic bracing system designed to support square, rectangular or multi-sided excavations ranging from 3.0m to 20.0m in plan.

Maxi Brace

The Maxi Brace is a mid-range, heavy duty, hydraulically adjustable bracing system suitable for supporting clear span square or rectangular excavations ranging from 3m to 12m in size. Higher load capacity and/or longer spans can be achieved by incorporating either cross strutting of knee bracing. Modular extensions are available to further extend beam lengths, however cross strutting is required with these leg configurations.

Hydraulic Pumps

Manual Shoring Pumps provide the means to hydraulically expand, pressurise and retract Groundforce hydraulically operated shoring equipment. Hand pumps are generally recommended for use with smaller equipment where the volume of fluid within the internal rams is relatively small. For larger bracing frames and struts, motorised pumps are recommended.

Larssen Sheet Piles

Larssen Piles are a type of sheet piling that has an interlocking section which forms a sheet piling retaining wall. Each sheet pile section is connected at 180 degrees from the previous one to form a uniform wall with alternating troughs and peaks. Larssen Sheet Piles are typically used in temporary or permanent cofferdams, retaining walls and foundation construction.
