High Pressure Chlorination and Dechlorination Unit

The High Pressure Chlorination and Dechlorination Unit can handle flows of up to 1,200 litres per minute while still dosing sodium hypochlorite at 20ppm. Due to its welded pipework the unit is perfect for high pressure water schemes up to 20 bar. As well as working with high pressure water this equipment is useful at lower flows by acting as a static mixer which ensures the chemicals are diluted into the water. This unit can be used with a wide range of chemicals and comes with a removable pressure gauge and a sample tap as well as a removable front. All hoses are stored outside the unit which allows the inside to be clean at all times.

Direct Injection Chlorination Unit

The Direct Injection Chemical dosing unit can be used in a variety of applications. It can be used to chlorinate pipelines, increase residual chlorine levels and dechlorinate pipelines. When chlorinating pipes the direct injection chemical dosing unit will dose pipelines at 20 ppm at 1,200 litres per minute as well as increasing residual chlorine levels at treatment works and distribution networks.
