Heavy Duty Cropper

The Heavy Duty Circular Pile Cropper is suitable for cutting piles from 1200mm to 2100mm. The cropper is a pinned modular design which offers maximum flexibility allowing it to be adjusted to suit different pile sizes on site. The Heavy Duty Cropper reduces cropping time from 2 hours to 10 minutes on an average 1200mm circular concrete pile compared with using hammers and breakers.

Range of Pile Croppers

The 4 Jaw Pile Cropper is an efficient and versatile tool for cutting cast in-situ, contiguous, and secant concrete piles ranging from 300mm to 1200mm, while leaving the rebar intact. It's easy to install and operate, utilizing an excavator's in-board hydraulics for a smooth and reliable cutting process. This user-friendly tool is optimal for pile-cutting due to its efficient cutting capabilities and versatile design.

CFA Cropper

The fast, safe method of reducing cast in-situ, circular, concrete piles. The CFA Cropper will cut circular concrete piles from 300mm diameter and upwards of 1200mm. It’s modular design allows it to be adjusted to suit different pile sizes on site. Using the CFA pile cropper, an average 300mm circular pile can be reduced to your required level in as little as 3 minutes, compared to an average 45 minutes when manually cut using hammers and breakers.

CHD Cropper

The CHD Cropper has been especially designed to suit CHD or ‘corkscrew’ piles, but can in some cases be used for contiguous or secant piles. This unique cropper has the power and strength to remove the outside fins of the pile whilst leaving the rebar unhurt. This cropper is very powerful and has the weight to match, therefore we recommend a minimum 16 tonne excavator to carry and power this machine safely.

Multi-Bar Cropper

The Multi-Bar Cropper also known as the square concrete cropper, is the chosen piece of equipment when cutting square pre-cast piles with up to eight rebar. The cropper is lowered over the pile in 300m increments until finished level is achieved. Square multi-bar croppers are easy to operate for cutting different size square pile sizes on site. Up to 200 piles can be processed per day, leaving the reinforcement intact with no cracks below the cut-off level.
